I have a Weber Grill, and I want to know how to start and keep the coals burning.how I use aperture?
I use a Chimney. take a few pieces of newspaper and crumble it into the bottom of the chimney, fill the top with charcoal and light the paper. place it on the grates the grill so it has good air circulation. If the paper is before the coals glow, only to crumble a sheet of paper and place it into the ground and light it. The upper and lower vent offers Airflow. when they close both to be extinguished the coals. when they are both fully open, the coal will burn hotter, but they will burn quickly. Start with two open half way. go from there.
