The monster water slide is not your ordinary, run-of-the-mill water slide. The film towers 45 feet above the floor with 41 steps that lead a steep slope to a high platform covered by a canopy. Blue Sky Slides bills the monstrosity as the highest inflatable slide in the world. The company is even trying Guinness World Records have to verify this claim!
Right next to the General Store and just outside the gate of the Eagle Mountain Coosawattee River Resort the slide is open 7 days a week from Memorial weekend until Labor Day. The operating hours are from 10am to 7pm clock. The cost is $ 10.00 for an all-day pass, the driver may go down as well as often as they want. Participants must be 5 years old and 48 cm large. Exhilarating, brag, or plain-ole-fun ... They are judges!
And while you in the General Store, take a kayak or tubing trip! Trip times are 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and 13:30 clock during Walk-ins are accepted, the appeal to General Store (706) 635-1609 for reservations are strongly recommended as limited trips and book-up are fast. The General Store also offers "Pickin 'on the Porch" on the 2nd and 4 Saturday of each month (weather permitting), with a variety of local entertainment and music from gospel to bluegrass to old-time rock 'n' Roll. Attach Your own lounger pull your seat next to the Bon-fire and roast marshmallows while enjoying the entertainment and mountain setting!

Directions: on Highway 515, turn left onto Old State Route 5th Turn right towards Downtown Historic Ellijay for approximately 1.5 miles and turn left on GA Hwy 382 / Green's Country Store. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn right into Eagle Mountain Drive and then immediately left into Parking lot of the General Store. Monster Slide ... We dare you not to scream!
