Is an inflatable catamaran sailing useful, it is worth the money it paid for it?
Inflatables are useful or not? Do they have a normal sailing catamaran Pleasure and safety?
No. It can not be the stiffness or the sculptures in the form of an inflatable hull, so you can not get the same sailing characteristics. If they choose I would go with rigid. But that might not be your choice. If there is a choice between inflatable or not, there could be justification for a inflatable if you get a reasonable stable. I know the setup for the sailing Sevylor Inflatable boat was just terrible could not sail closer than about 60 degrees against the wind, and the margin was horrendous. In fact, it is only to sail to the wind. This was due to the lack of a good setup and the lack of rigidity keel of the hull, the mast vs. With a Catamaran, the most fun to sail close to the wind as close to the wind, can get as you, and you skate like a sail across the water. You would have your inflatable see demonstrated before you could no confidance that you are in a position that would have to do.
